University of Notre Dame

• Located in South Bend, Indiana, the University of Notre Dame was founded in 1848 by a Catholic priest from the Order of the Holy Cross. Notre Dame is currently home to over 8,000 male and female undergraduates, plus 3,000 graduate students. Undergraduates choose from one of four colleges, including the College of Arts and Letters, College of Sciences, College of Engineering and School of Business. Admission is highly competitive; in 2010, 71% of the incoming freshman class ranked in the top 5% of their graduating high school class.
  
  

University of San Francisco

• The University of San Francisco is one of 26 Jesuit colleges in the United States. Located in the heart of San Francisco, USF is home to over 5,000 undergraduates and over 3,000 graduate students. Undergraduates enter into one of three schools upon admission, including the School of Arts and Sciences, School of Nursing, and School of Business and Professional Studies. USF prides itself on offering a well-rounded curriculum with an emphasis on service and social leadership. In 2011, incoming freshman students came from 41 different states and nearly 50 different countries.
  
  

St. Anselm College

• St. Anselm College, also known as St. A, was founded in 1889 by the Order of Benedictine monks in Manchester, New Hampshire, where the college remains today. This small school includes nearly 2,000 male and female undergraduates on a 400-acre campus. All students take a core curriculum encompassing liberal arts and humanities. The college also offers an honors program for exceptionally well-qualified students and several undergraduate research opportunities in different areas of study.
  
  

University of Dallas

• The University of Dallas, located in Irving, Texas, was founded in 1956 by a group of nuns, priests and bishops from different Catholic orders. As of 2010, the school is home to over 1,300 undergraduates and 1,500 graduate students. The University also owns and operates a satellite, 12-acre campus in Rome known as Due Santi. Academic divisions include the Constanin College of Liberal Arts, the College of Business, and the School of Ministry. Admission is highly competitive with 24 National Merit Scholars included in the 2010 freshman class.
