The Basilica of the National Shrine has spectacular decorations during the Christmas season. Fifty one trees, as tall as 15 feet, come together with more than 500 vibrant poinsettia plants to welcome visitors for the holiday season. More than 65,000 brilliant lights will brighten the Basilica, inside and out.
