Everything You Need To Know About Wolf Dual Fuel Ranges

Since its inception over 70 years ago, Wolf has established itself as one of the most sought after producers of cooking equipment in the world, with Wolf's Dual Fuel range proving a popular choice for many of the world's top chefs. All Wolf products are hand built in the USA, boast classic design features and offer unrivalled cooking performance. Undoubtedly it's these features that make Wolf cookers so appealing but there's much more to a Dual Fuel range than initially meets the eye.

Versatility and performance
As the name suggests, Wolf Dual Fuel ranges offer the best of both worlds, delivering both gas and electric cooking. On the surface of the range, the dual-stacked gas burners offer maximum versatility; from the the faintest flame for melting chocolate direct in the pan or gentle simmering, to a roaring 4.8kW heat for searing and sauting There are nine different gas top configurations to choose from, including a specialist French Top, charbroiler and griddle top.

The Dual Fuel range is available in three size configurations; 914mm, 1219mm and 1524mm, each size range offering a variety of models with different surface configuration options. While the 914mm model may be the smallest of the bunch, it has a huge 153 litre capacity - more than ample room for a traditional roast dinner with all the trimmings. At the other end of the scale, the 1524mm Dual Fuel range has two 127 litre capacity ovens - perfect for those with a lot of mouths to feed or for the strains of a professional kitchen environment.

The oven cavities are self-cleaning, dual-convection electric ovens, with four heating elements and two fans. The unique dual convection system found within Wolf appliances delivers even temperature and airflow throughout the oven, resulting in evenly cooked food every time. The oven offers ten different cooking modes:

  • Bake
