- 1). Visit the Anthem division of Blue Cross Blue Shield's website. Click on the choice to "Register" on the far right-hand side of the page, under "Member Log In".
- 2). Enter your member ID number, your first and last name and your date of birth. Read the terms and conditions and click "Continue".
- 3). Create a 6-digit PIN number to use as your password. Your username, which is your social security number, is automatically created by Anthem's BCBS. Re-enter your PIN number and click "Submit".
- 4). Follow the instructions that direct you to check your email. Anthem's BCBS sends you an email and asks that you click on the link in the email to confirm your registration.
- 5). Log in and begin managing your account online. Anthem's BCBS main page allows you to choose what you'd like to manage, from your coverage to your claims to your bill payments.
