Beginning of Pregnancy Nausea

During the first three months of pregnancy, women experience a tough daily routine known as morning sickness.

A woman with a mother or sister who suffers from nausea and vomiting during pregnancy mostly suffers from it as well.
Women with history of nausea after taking birth control pills are also likely to suffer from nausea during pregnancy.
An ordinary episode of morning sickness is not something a woman should worry about.
Drinking plenty of water is enough to avoid complications caused by vomiting.
However, there are cases when vomiting becomes serious which can result to dehydration.
Don't let a typical morning sickness get worst.
Early preventive measures helps stop morning sickness from getting out of hand.
