- 1). Open the email message.
- 2). Click on "File," then select "Print" on the email editor toolbar. The print box will appear.
- 3). In the Select Printer field, choose "Adobe PDF" and click "Print." A "Save PDF File As" box will appear.
- 4). Type in the file name and click "Save." Adobe Acrobat then opens, displaying your newly saved PDF email.
