Audi's entertainment system uses a dial controller that Audi called MMI, for MultiMedia Interface. Pad atop the MMI dial is a handwriting-recognition pad; you can trace letters and numbers with a finger. It's a bit hard to see, but note the nicely textured plastic above the shifter and the brushed-metal trim -- why couldn't the rest of the interior be this nice?
