If you constantly try to contact them then they will not miss you.

You can join a gym or start cycling or do something with your friends that you enjoy.
You can work more if you enjoy that.
It can help you to become a better person as long as it is positive.

After some days your partner will see the changes in you.
Whenever you are going to make any conversation just make it light and positive.
The conversation should not sound sad or depressed.

You should start rebuilding the relationship just like the first date between you and your partner.
If you look back to the past and see the desperate moments of your life then it definitely wouldn't work.
So, try to stop doing these things.

You can take help from your close friends or relatives if you need it.
Always know how to help a relationship before the difficulties occur in it.
Otherwise, it can take more time to rebuild the relationship.
There is nothing magical in it.
All the problems have to be solved manually and being human, we all make mistakes sometimes and we get chances to rebuild the relationship.
We have to be serious about the fact and we can do it.
