- 1). Insert the USB cable into the port located at the bottom of your mobile phone and plug the other end into an available USB slot on your computer.
- 2). Open your mobile device manager on your computer. Click the "iTunes" icon on your dock for Macintosh computers. For PCs, click "Start," "All Programs," "Apple" and then "iTunes."
- 3). Click the iPhone's name under the "Devices" section in the sidebar and click the "Info" tab.
- 4). Check the boxes next to "Sync Address Book Contacts" and also "Sync Yahoo! Address Book Contacts" and "Sync Google Contacts," if you use those services.
- 5). Click the "Sync" button. Disconnect your phone once the synchronization is complete.
- 1). Open your Internet browser and go to blackberry.com. Then, click the "Software" tab at the top of the browser's window.
- 2). Click "Blackberry Desktop Software" on the left side of the window. Then, click "Download for PC" or "Download for Mac," depending on your operating system.
- 3). Check "Yes" or "No" to approve or decline occasional emails from Research in Motion and click the "Download" button. Save the file to your desktop.
- 4). Double-click the downloaded file to run the installation program. Then, click "Next" or "Continue" to complete the installation.
- 5). Click "Start," "All Programs," "Blackberry" and then "Blackberry Desktop Manager" for Windows. For Mac, open the "Applications" folder in Finder and double-click the "Blackberry Desktop Manager" icon.
- 6). Click "Contacts" under the "Information" section of the window. Then, click "Two Way" in the "Sync Contacts" area. Click "All contacts and groups" and then click "Sync."
