Video: Compound Exercise Weight Training Workouts

Hi, I'm Natalie Jill with Natalie Jill Fitness here at Fitness West in Pacific Beach, California. I'm going to show you two compound exercise moves that you can do that will work your whole body. What I want you to do is grab some light hand weights. And the first one I'm going to show you is lunge combination biceps move. So with your weights you are going to lunge forward while curling up. So it's a quick move here. Not only are you going to get your heart rate up, get the cardio going. But we are going to be working our biceps and our glutes while doing it. The other move I'm going to show you is also going to work the back of your legs and your glutes, and your shoulders. With those same weights we're going to do a light kickback but we are going to add a shoulder raise. So here we go. As your leg kicks back your shoulders are raising forward. You could alternate legs or you can repeat several on the same leg. So there you go two great compound exercise moves. I'm Natalie with Natalie Jill Fitness.
