Grilled Sweet Potatoes
The natural sugars in sweet potatoes help them crisp up and develop fabulous flavor when you pop them on the grill. You can do this with slices instead of wedges, but I like how the wedges invite people to pick them up and eat them more like fries.
These stand up to sitting around a bit after they've been cooked, so they work nicely with a larger grilled menu when grill space is at a premium.
