- 1). Open the AT&T Online Account Management website in a web browser.
- 2). Select the account type and then enter your cellphone number and password. Press "login."
- 3). Click "My Account" > Click "My Services."
- 4). Click "Phone/Device Support" > Click "Reset Voicemail Password." Your number will be displayed on the screen.
- 5). Click "Submit." Your voicemail password will be reset by the automated system. You will receive a temporary voicemail password via a text message.
