- 1). Press the "Options" button on your phone to bring up your phone menu.
- 2). Select the "Extras" option in the phone menu.
- 3). Select the "Memory Card" option in the Extras menu.
- 4). Select "Options" in the Memory Card menu, then the "Format Mem. Card" option in the next menu. The formatting process will begin after you select the option.
