My Life On The Run

In fact, there is a big distinctness between the jogger and the common human. People may be aware of the distinctness among them. Yet how can we demonstrate the benefits of jogging? There are two ways to collect the evidence. One way is to show the influence of running. Running has already changed people's concrete movements in someway. One means indicated that though no objective evidence, many people still say that they have a wonderful feeling about running. On this condition, we could think that their sentences are justified.
For instance, while I still worked in this section I'd got a message form an optometrist. He said that he was fifty years old, he began jogging for healthy 7 years ago. Previously, he participated in a conference and perceived the over speed of the heart. From then on, he became anxious about his health. He thought that he couldn't stand for much press. Now, he got abundance of energy in his body. He was able to gallop on his office on the second floor and one step cross two stairs. His clients found out that his opposite attitude of the job and the personal life, they decided to sign contract with him. And they were also willing to introduce their friends and relatives to him.
Many people have the same feeling as doctor Li, they are more powerful and vigorous. This condition is good for them to control their life style. Before long, a runner said that he feels much better than before. Overall, he knew he can do many physical jobs. The body strength restored very quickly as well. He also thought his state of mind was better than the past. A speech teacher said that after running it was easy to write down the speech contents.
The consistent things have been scientifically experienced in New York City Health Research. During the implementation of a six-month practice program, almost everyone thinks that they have a great progress in their work skills. A large part of people said that at the end of the day they don't feel tired any more. This shows my personal experience. Before running, I often felt drowsy during the lunch time. I have to spend several hours to clear my head. At present, I am strong and powerful all the time. I have been sleeping very well as well.
There is a proverb on the Olympic rock. If you want to be smart, you'd better start running. If you want to be solid, you'd better begin running. If you want to have a good figure, you have to run. People who don't experience the running procedure cannot know these sentences. Jogging could practice both figure and willpower. It is not difficult for people to run in several days. But, long time running is a tough thing to do. In a fine day, you will be happy to run. Yet in a bad weather, you will feel helpless and cold. Thus, you have to tell yourself that you can do it. Jogging can exercise people's figure, but a challenge to life and fate. Running is a best way to success.
