Eating healthy in the present day and age is all but easy.
Most foods we go shopping for at our local grocery store have ingredients that are not so healthy for us.
So, I am going to list 7 foods that you should avoid placing in your shopping cart.

If you do, your health will be at risk.

These ingredients are slow killers.
Not only do they affect your health but they also contribute to obesity.
Did you know that more than 60 percent of Americans over the age of 20 are overweight.
The main contributing factor are in the foods that we eat.
Monosodium Glutamate and Aspartame are known substances to cause obesity.
They are what is known as "excitotoxins" which affect the brain and kill brain cells.
They are in a good majority of the foods we buy at the store.
It is very important to read the labels.
Monosodium Glutamate is even disguised as other ingredients such as natrium glutamate, glutamic acid and sodium caseinate.
Aspartame is added to diet soft drinks, breath mints, chewing gum, and pretty much anything that says "Sugar Free" on the label.
Hydrogenated oils are essentially small particles of plastic that when consumed will get stored in your body as bad fat.
You would not intentionally eat plastic, right? That is pretty much what you are doing when you consume foods that contain hydrogenated oils or partially hydrogenated oils.
This substance is actually only one molecule away from being actual plastic.
Plastic does not break down.
It lasts forever.
This is the reason foods have a long shelf life due to the hydrogenated oils put into them as preservatives.
All of these ingredients cause many adversities to your health.
Your liver is affected too.
Your liver is a filter and when these harmful chemicals come into your body, your liver will try to filter them out.
After it goes to working overtime in filtering out these chemicals, your liver is now too tired to do its job of burning fat cells efficiently.
This is one of the main reasons why consuming foods with these ingredients contributes to obesity and weight gain.
It is time to take responsibility for your health.
The FDA is not going to do it for you.
Get as much knowledge as you can on how to eat healthy so you can be around for a long time to come.
