Why Book Early For Wedding Venues In The Midlands

So, the ring is on your finger and your head is full of the triumphant sounds of the wedding march as you envision yourself gliding angelically up the aisle, enveloped in soft clouds of tulle. After the initial excitement and joy of becoming engaged, there is so much to consider concerning the practicalities of the day. Dress aside, what else is as of as much importance as the venue?

The Midlands are a popular choice for weddings. Asides from being convenient for local people, the geographical location of the Midlands means that people from all over the UK are able to travel there easily. With airports located at Birmingham and Luton, the Midlands are also accessible for international relatives too.  As such, many newly engaged couples like you will choose to hold their wedding ceremony in a location somewhere in the Midlands. They will then start to find and book venues, up to two years in advance.

You will find that the Midlands offer a wealth of beautiful and romantic venues. Before you know it, you will be visiting every venue that catches your eye and be inundated with information regarding fees, wedding menus and entertainment options.

Beware, brides-to-be, of forgetting one key fact on your blissful ascent into matrimony. If you are considering getting married in the Midlands, finding the right venue and booking early is highly recommended. You and your fiancé may well find your ideal venue early on during the search process. But without putting down a deposit and signing a contract, the provisional date you have agreed with the venue may be cancelled out by another interested party who are prepared to pay up front.

Unfortunately, the race is on as soon as that ring is on your finger! When I booked my wedding venue sixteen months in advance I was told I was lucky I had been able to reserve that specific date (my parents' wedding anniversary in fact) as that month had already had three enquiries. Should you have a specific, special date in mind, ensure you secure it quickly with your Midlands venue.

So, in order to find your perfect Midlands wedding venue, start looking straight away. In order to prevent losing your perfect place or perfect date, ensure you book your venue early. Then you can get on with all the other lovely parts of planning your dream wedding, safe in the knowledge that your venue is secured. Enjoy!
