PayPal

• 1). Create a PayPal account by clicking “Sign Up” from the PayPal home page. Select “Get Started” beneath “Personal” if you plan to shop online or send money, “Premier” if you buy and sell online or “Business” if you need a business account.
  
  
• 2). Enter your information into the Sign Up form and select “Agree and Create Account.” Add a credit card, debit card or bank account to the account by hovering over “Profile” from within the account.
  
  
• 3). Click “Send Money” once the card or bank account is successfully added. Type the email address of the recipient, amount and select whether the money is for a purchase or personal. Select “Continue,” verify the payment page and click “Send Money” to instantly send the money to the recipient. The recipient may have an established PayPal account or will need to make one upon receipt.
  
  

Money Bookers

• 1). Select “Sign Up Now” to create a free account with Money Bookers. Fill out the “Account Type” form, indicating whether the account is for personal or business use.
  
  
• 2). Verify your email address by clicking the Money Bookers email and visiting the included link. Fill in your personal details and select “Next.” Confirm your account information and click “Confirm registration.”
  
  
• 3). Add a bank account or credit or debit card to the account. Click “Send Money” when your card or account has been verified. Type in the recipient's email address and amount into the form. Select “Send” to finish the transaction. The recipient will receive an email indicating you have sent money.
  
  

OboPay

• 1). Create an account with OboPay by selecting “Sign Up Now!” from the OboPay website. Select “Sign Up” beneath “OboPay Mobile Money” from the types of accounts. Input your information and cell phone number into the form. Press “Save and Continue” and verify your mobile phone information. Link your account to a card or bank account.
  
  
• 2). Click the “Send Money” tab from the top of your account. Type the recipient’s mobile number and the amount to send. Enter your user name and password and click “Next.”
  
  
• 3). Confirm the recipient’s information and press “Send” to complete the transaction. The recipient will receive a message letting him know you have sent money. He can then visit the website and press “Pick Up Money” and transfer it to his bank account.
