- 1). Fill a cardboard box halfway with saw dust.
- 2). Rub your hands in the saw dust in a circular motion. Apply pressure to hands.
- 3). Continue until the fiberglass resin is off your hands.
- 4). Place rubber gloves on your hands. Rub the rubber gloves together until hands produce sweat.
- 5). Repeat until you get rid of the fiberglass resin off hands. The sweat reduces the adhesive from the fiberglass resin off hands.
- 1). Apply a thin layer of acetone on the area of the fiberglass resin.
- 2). Rub the back of your hand to the palm of your hand gently.
- 3). Repeat until you get rid of the fiberglass resin off hands.
- 4). Spray expanding foam onto the fiberglass resin on hands. Allow the expanding foam to completely dry.
- 5). Peel off the expanding foam from hands. The expanding foam attaches to the fiberglass resin getting it off hands.
