In reviewing a number of statistics of all the people in jail and in prison in the United States of America we see that the ratio of citizens to prisoners is higher than is normal.
However, we also note that many of the people that are in prison are not even USA citizens, but rather illegal aliens and illegal immigrants from other nations.
Of these illegal aliens and illegal immigrants some may be international terrorists and we do not even know it.
Often, people who are wanted for a crime cannot be caught because they are already in jail and serving time for another crime.
This happens when investigators and detectives lose the trail of a suspect and it appears that they have simply disappeared when the crimes stop for no reason.
Generally criminals do not just stop for no reason.
Due to the number of statistics of people in the prisons in the United States and in special prisons for combatants it would make sense that there are a percentage of really bad international terrorist in jail who have committed horrific crimes against the American people and we may not even know which ones they are.
Statistically this would make sense and it is too bad we just don't know.
