How To Get In Shape FAST!

We all want to look our best but sometimes that's just not possible and months go by without us doing any exercise and eating fairly poorly. Stress crops up in our lives, our work becomes overwhelming and then there's that problem with the kids and before you know it, it's summer again and time to hit the beach looking the way you do!

Today I wanted to write a quick article and share with you some tips and tricks on how to get in shape fast. I'm going to share with you several different exercises that you can do that should quickly tone you up without too much trouble.

For each of these exercises you should do three sets of between 8 to 12 repetitions. Be sure to do them all slowly because you'll strengthen your muscles faster that way.

For sculpted arms and shoulders you should do push-ups. You don't need special exercise equipment or fancy weights or anything like that, a few simple sets of push-ups should do the trick!

For big biceps you should do bicep curls using just an eight or 10 pound weight. You can do these either standing up or sitting whichever you prefer.

For a well-defined chest you should do a dumbbell fly. Basically you just lie on your back on a flat bench with your feet on the floor in front of you. Like the bicep curls you only need to use an eight or 10 pound weight in each hand. Keeping the weights on the floor to begin with, grab onto them and slowly arch and swing your arms forward until they meet each other in front of you, then relax and let your arms back down to the floor.

For a washboard stomach you should do leg lifts. Just lay on the floor on your back and put your hands behind your head to sort of elevate it a little bit. Next just lift your legs up to between 75° and 90°. While your legs are still up, do a crunch, pull your elbows towards your knees slowly and then relax back to the starting position.

Finally to drop weight quickly you should start your day with a half hour or 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise. The specific exercise you do is up to you, some people like to jog while others like to do aerobics and still others like to ride the exercise bike. Do whatever you like as long as you work up a good sweat everything will be fine.

So there you have several simple exercises that you can do to get in shape very quickly that aren't difficult and don't require a lot of expensive equipment or club memberships. At the end of the day it really just comes down to a matter of discipline. Either you'll spend half an hour to an hour a day doing these things or you won't and that's completely up to you! Be sure to consult a doctor before engaging in any new exercise routines.
