They see Sierra's true qualities and encourage her relationship with Asha.
Both Sierra and Asha have been hurt in previous relationships and carry some baggage.
Their attraction to each other has a very strong pull and they continue to find themselves enjoying their time together.
Just as Sierra is starting to let her guard down; a vicious, selfish woman from Asha's past shows up and starts stirring up trouble.
Asha has to work harder to gain Sierra's trust, but in doing so they draw closer as Sierra reveals more to her about her past.
This is a really enjoyable romantic novel.
The issues that both women deal with are very realistic.
Elmore develops their characters so well that you will find yourself rooting for them as if they are real people.
There are also other issues going on in the sidelines that make the plot seem more realistic, such as the search and rescue emergency situations that crop up.
Her descriptions of the settings are also very realistic.
As I read this, on a cold winter day, I felt like I was really in Vail with the ladies.
I also found the love scenes to be very well written and passionate.
"Season of Change" is definitely a novel that will be enjoyed!
