• Situated 9 miles from an exit on I-95, Oak Embers has RV sites that come with water and electric and sites with water, electric and sewer. Both 30- and 50-amp electric connections are available at a campground that also has sites for tents. Amenities include a playground for children, a basketball area, a pool, restrooms, showers, a dump station and a laundry facility. The property also has a barn for group use and a store that sells firewood, ice, propane, milk and other basics. An Internet connection is available at the store. Whispering Pines Campground

• The Whispering Pines Campground, 2 miles from I-95, is spread out over 50 acres and has wooded sites for tents, trailers and RVs. The RV sites are pull-throughs and came with water, sewer and electric hook-ups up to 50 amps. The property has free hot showers, restrooms, a laundry facility, a dump station and a store that sells groceries, RV supplies, firewood and ice. It also has a propane filling station. For recreational enjoyment, guests can take advantage of the campground's outdoor pool, miniature golf course, free paddle boats and canoes, a stocked pond, a brook for fishing and a playground for kids. Whispering Pines also has various athletic fields, a recreation hall with a game room and snack bar, and an outdoor pavilion for picnics and group activities.

Wawaloam Campground

• Approximately 3 miles from I-95, the Wawaloam Campground has RV sites that are equipped with electric and water hookups. Some sites also have sewer connections and cement pads. Features around the property are fire pits, picnic tables, a snack bar, a laundry facility, restrooms, metered showers and a dump station. The campground also has a general store that sells camping supplies, propane, firewood and ice. The campground also has a security gate. Among its recreational facilities are a basketball court, two recreation halls, a miniature golf course, a playground for children, a swimming pool and a water slide. Fishing derbies are also held on this 100-acre property with 300 camping sites.
