Muscle Building Programs - 3 Signs of an Idiot-Proof Muscle Meal Plan

Men want to build lean muscle.
They want big arms, a tough chest and rippling six-pack abs.
But they complain.
They complain that eating by a schedule is too hard and that forcing themselves to eat is too hard.
No one is making you eat.
But if you want to build lean muscle, the saying, "you are what you eat" can not be more true.
Look, eating 6 meals a day is hard, but integrate it in slowly...
don't eat yourself to death.
Do these three things to get used to it.
1.
Drink protein shakes You don't have to drink full-blown protein shakes.
I'm just talking skim milk and about 60 grams of powder, mixed in thoroughly.
Drink a couple cups before a workout, and a couple cups afterwards.
The first couple times will be to fuel you during the workout, while the drinks after the workout will be to promote faster muscle reparation and prevent total energy depletion, in case you've worked out too hard.
Be warned though, the first few days you might find that it gives you gas.
Bad gas.
Also, don't just drink it and not work out.
You will get a gut the next day.
Don't say I didn't warn you.
2.
Get used to eating snacks When I was doing the "No-Nonsense Muscle Building" review, a muscle program that includes an 84-day meal plan, it suggested that you shouldn't call them snacks because that mentality will affect how much you eat.
You're eating 6 wholesome meals during the day.
However, I disagree.
Saying that you eat 6 meals a day scares a lot of guys (and girls) so, I'd just get used to eating more "snacks" first of all.
Have a couple bananas, yoghurt and a handful of nuts in the afternoon when your eyes are starting to glaze over sort of thing.

Take photos of everything you eat This is a simple trick that makes many men eat properly.
Every time you eat something naughty, you will be sent on a little guilt trip when you look through the photos of the day.
Had some nachos? You're sabotaging yourself! Had a couple beers? You're six-pack is disappearing! This can also be used for everything you drink, to make sure you get your 2-4 liters of water a day to promote faster muscle reparation and Creatine synthesis in your muscles that leads to more efficient ATP (energy molecules) usage.
Meal plans are scary, I know, but as long as you follow these three simple tips: drink protein shakes before and after you work out, eat more snacks and take photos of everything you eat, you will find that your body will naturally accommodate more muscle and eventually more meals a day as it prepares to build muscle.
