- 1). Begin a new game by choosing a blank save slot, and naming your town and Sim. Your town will start with a star rating of 0.
- 2). Earn a star rating of 1 by performing all the tasks for Mayor Rosalyn, Poppy and Buddy the Bellhop.
- 3). Earn a star rating of 2 by performing all the tasks for Chef Dino Delicioso, DJ Candy Supergroove and Sir Vincent Skullfinder.
- 4). Earn a star rating of 3 by performing the tasks for Ms. Nicole Vogue, Roxie Road and Vic Vector.
- 5). Earn a star rating of 4 by performing the tasks for Chef Watanabe, Dolly Dearheart, Goth Boy, Master Aran and Shirley. Once you have earned the 4-star rating, you will receive the blowtorch.
