- 1). Open the PowerPoint presentation you wish to move slides on.
- 2). Open the slide view window by clicking the "View" menu and choosing "Slide sorter."
- 3). Click and hold on the slide you wish to move.
- 4). Drag the slide to your desired location and release the mouse to place it there.
