- 1). Highlight the cell or cells you want to search using your mouse and cursor.
- 2). Make sure the "Num Lock" key is clicked on by checking the "Num Lock" light on your computer. If the light is off, click the "Num Lock" key once.
- 3). Press the keys "Ctrl" and the "F" key at the same time to bring up the "Find" tab of the "Find and Replace" dialog box.
- 4). Move the cursor into the box labeled "Find What."
- 5). Press the "Alt" key and then, on the numeric keyboard, type the numbers 0010. You might not see any characters in the text box, but that is normal.
- 6). Click the button labeled "Find Next" and your cursor will jump to the cell with the manual line break.
