The Best Triathlon Training

The best triathlon training in 2010 in my opinion, is a routine that allows you to train at home.
It does not require robbing your every waking hour away from your family and friends.
So many people love competing but do not have the vitally two important keys to a successful race and that is proper training and time.
Back in the day, unless you was sponsored and had access to all the equipment and "time" to train with a coach everyday with no worries, you had a greater chance with struggling to place a good finish.
Not to say that everyone struggled but the realty of it was, Ironman was a sport that did not get the recognition of being a common competitive sport like football, basketball, baseball, like it is today.
In the today world, the availability to different types of training vary.
With the internet being a gateway for people to find new races, new methods, strategies, exercises and diet, it seems that the popularity of the sport has come around from many different angles.
There are some programs that claim to provide a great "home based scheduled training plan".
Most individuals these days, find a home based program to be appealing.
Here are a few examples why #1 The flexibility #2 Expense #3 No available sponsorships #4 Privacy #5 Convenience If you decide to go with a program that claims to help get you ready for a race, you should look into making sure the program is created and supported by experts in that field.
They are geared and dedicated to make some of the finest workouts, drills, organized schedules, meal plans, support and advice available to get you ready for that big race.
Their reputation is important to them, so read closely when looking to buy into one.
Remember, not every program on the internet is out to get your money and run.
The legitimate triathlete gurus want you to get results so you will continue to come to them for help and you will refer them to your friends or anyone else with similar interest.
With new techniques, new equipment, better research, information, meal plans and supplements available now.
It is safe to say, getting ready for any event has been made easier for anyone to start.
Also, drills and exercise you perform do not have to be boring and drawn out either.
There is swimming, running and cycling drills if your competing for like Ironman.
So your exercise is changing all the time.
You can workout 8-12 hours a week along with a solid meal plan and get great result in half the time a full time sponsored triathlete may get.
