5.As stress aggravates eczema attacks, learn to relax and de-stress yourself.
6.Take 10,000 to 25,000 IU of vitamin A to soften your skin. 400 IU of vitamin E everyday helps provide relief from dry and itching skin. In addition to this, take a high potency B-complex tablet everyday for healthy skin and good blood circulation as a deficiency of vitamin B-6 creates skin problems.
7.Some natural treatment options to try for eczema treatment includes applying a paste of vitamin E oil and goldenseal herb and honey to the inflamed region.
