There are many things to consider when you want to lose weight in a healthy manner.

You think you are consuming a healthy diet, but are not.
Are you eating all those high carb, so called crappy health foods that you find on on super market shelves? All that junk that claims to help you lose weight by being low-carb and low-fat.
Come on as a person on the paleo diet you need to be consuming what is called 'real foods' that is stuff like fresh fruit and vegetables and organic grass fed meat.
Non of that crap such as diet fizzy drinks, and grains such as bread.
If you are consuming these crap foods you are just taking in empty calories that will not help you in any way.
So if you want to lose weight stop consuming the crap and start eating real food.
2.
You need to be carefully watching your carb intake! Carbs as we all know and have been taught are very important when it comes down to eating right and losing the right amount of weight in a healthy way.
If you want to lose those extra pounds that you have coming off you, then you are going to have to watch those carbs carefully.
Stop eating those fake processed foods and stop the fruit (temporarily) and just eat those natural carbs found in vegetables.
3.
You have a ton of different excuses.
Are you that person who is fighting with themselves every single day about the foods that you eat.
Fighting with yourself on what you should be eating and then you end up losing the battle and start consuming crap.
