Remove the Program Manually

• 1). Click "Start" and "Search." Type "C:\Program Files\Franklin Covey" into the "Search" box and press "Enter."
  
  
• 2). Click on the "PlanPlus" folder and go to "File" and "Delete" on the toolbar.
  
  
• 3). Type "C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information" into the "Search" box and press "Enter."
  
  
• 4). Click on the folder "{B3827128-187D-4139-9ED1-B21A42C15043}" and go to "File" and "Delete" on the toolbar.
  
  
• 5). Type "C:\Documents and Settings\'username'\Local Settings\Temp" into the "Search" box, and press "Enter." Replace "username" with your computer's username.
  
  
• 6). Click on the folder and go to "File" and "Delete."
  
  
• 7). Go to "Start" and "Run." Type "regedit" and then the "OK" button.
  
  
• 8). Go to "Edit" and "Find" at the top of the toolbar. Type the following Registry keys into the box, one by one, and press "Enter:"
  
  HKEY_CURRENT _USER\Software\Franklin Covey\PlanPlus
  
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Franklin Covey\PlanPlus
  
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Uninstall\B3827128
  
  
• 9). Click on each Registry key and go to "Edit" and "Delete" on the toolbar.

  Close all windows and restart the computer.
  
  

Use the Add/Remove Feature

• 1). Go to "Start" and then "Control Panel."
  
  
• 2). Click on "Add/Remove Programs" and look for "FranklinCovey PlanPlus for Microsoft Outlook" on the list. If it is not listed, go to Section 1. Otherwise, click on the name of the program and then click "Change/Remove" at the top of the menu.
  
  
• 3). Click "Next" to start the uninstallation process. Click "Yes" to confirm the deletion. Wait for the program to delete itself and then reboot your PC.
