When you think of exercising for weight loss, you probably think that it requires a ton of your time all at once.
Not so.

Since you get about 20 minutes of commercials per hour of tv, there are plenty of opportunities to burn off fat in 2 minutes or less.
1.
Jumping on a mini-trampoline This is a total body exercise that is great not only for weight loss, but toning your body ALL OVER.
Just put the mini-trampoline by a tv you frequently watch and jump on it whenever you feel like it during commercials.
You don't have to jump on it during every commercial, but each 2 minutes adds up.
Hopefully you make sure to use at least 10 commercials for exercising.

Jumping Jacks Yes, an old favorite from when we were kids.
This is another great total body exercise.
Most people know what jumping jacks are, but I'll give a small explanation here.
What you do is start with your feet together and hands at your sides.
Then you jump your feet out sideways while lifting your arms over your head to clap.
So when your feet are apart your hands are clapping.
When you jump your feet back together, your hands come down back to your sides near your hips.
Do the jumping jacks for 2 minutes straight each time you do them.
These are just to ways on how to get rid of fat in 2 minutes or less...
but you can be creative and find other exercises to do during 2 minute tv commercials.
