How to Recover a Dynamic Partition

    • 1). Click "Start" on the Windows desktop.

    • 2). Click "All Programs," and then click "Accessories" from the menu that appears.

    • 3). Click "System Tools."

    • 4). Click "System Restore." The System Restore window appears. It includes a brief description of how restore features function.

    • 5). Click "Restore my computer to an earlier point in time."

    • 7). Click a date from the calendar at which the desired partition existed.

    • 8). Select a restore point from that date. Windows creates restore points automatically every 24 hours and after major system changes such as new application installations.

    • 9). Click "Next."

      Windows will complete the restore and restart the system.
