- A cheat to skip game levels is available during game play. Access the in-game cheats console by pressing the tilde "~" key. Insert "nextlvl" into the console and press "Enter" to skip the current level.
- Three sets of fingerprints for the first case are located separately . The first set is located on Tim Coles' Palm Glen card on the deck at his house. The second set is found on the windowsill in the Landon's garage. The third set is on Tim Coles' severed hand in the gray locker in the Landon's garage. A fingerprint is on the hand but must first be taken to the lab for analysis.
- The guilty perpetrators for each case are, case one: Heather Cole; case two, Ron Preston; case three, Troy Sullivan; and case four, Denise Diamond.
