6 Stomach and Abs Fat Burning Exercises

If you're looking for some stomach fat burning exercises you need to understand one thing first: you don't need to work the abs directly to shed belly fat because when you exercise, you don't get lean from one specific area but from your entire body.
The key isn't to work the abs but to do the exercises which burn off the most body fat.
For instance, the first exercise I recommend is the Squat.
Even though it works the lower body directly, the squat is an intensive exercise which burns a lot of calories and builds a lot of lean muscle tissue to help boost your metabolism and lose more body fat faster.
The second exercise I recommend is the chin up (and you can choose the variation you like or rotate them).
The Chin Up works several different muscle groups (including the abs indirectly) and it's a massive exercise.
The third exercise I recommend is more cardio oriented and that is to Jump Rope.
Most people think of this as a children's game, but jumping rope is an excellent cardio exercise which burns a lot of abs fat and can be done at home or outdoors with almost no equipment.
The Fourth abs fat burning exercise I recommend is the chest press (even for ladies).
 The chest press is a great strength exercise since it works several muscle groups and requires a lot of energy to perform.
 Therefore, it also burns a lot of calories.
The fifth exercise is running.
Running is a great stomach fat burning exercise and my ultimate favorite cardio workout.
You need to run at a fast pace in order to make the most of this exercise or do intervals which involve changing your rhythm every few minutes to make sure you push your body to exertion The sixth and final exercise in this article is rowing.
I love rowing because it's a cardio and strength workout combined.
Rowing helps to tone your upper body and burns a lot of belly and body fat.
