How to Get the Perfect Figure and Other Fitness Myths

There is so much information about fitness, lose weight exercises, diets, yoga perfectionism and all that can make us looking like a star, that it's difficult to choose a suitable way to get the perfect figure.

"Specialists" just forgot to tell us that if it was so easy lose weight there would be only slim and perfect figures around.

Let's take everyday's exercises for example...

Top 7 fitness myths:

1. The best time to do exercises is the morning. NO! And it is already a proved fact: at the night time your body is asleep, the blood is going slowly and all processes in the organism too. When you push yourself to do physical training in the morning it's a HUGE stress for the body and your nervous system as well. Physiologist found the best time for exercises is from 10a.m. - 1p.m., from 4p.m. - 8p.m. It's the time your body can perform the most!

2. Sport is always healthy. NO! Even everyday's training doesn't feet to everybody. It depends only on your individual health condition. Also it's very important to choose the "right" kind of sport that fits to you. For example: swimming is contra-indicated for people with antritis, cystitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis; cycling - gastritis, stomach ulcer; badminton - for people with scoliosis, arthritis; and some yoga poses are even dangerous for women with disease of genital's organs...So, at first, you have to know what group of muscles you want to train and compare it with physical possibilities of your body. Your objective to get the perfect figure shouldn't overtake the health concern.

3. The harder the better. NO! Intensive training risk only to damage your muscle or organism rather than burning fat! During exercises your body needs more oxygen than usual, which increases the oxidizing processes of your organism. This can result to early ageing. That's absolutely enough to do some sport 1-2hours /2-3 times a week.

4. The best results can be reached only in the gym clubs. NO! This is just the fashion and golden goals of the fitness clubs owners! Conditioned air of the clubs can't be compared to the fresh air, especially if you are concern about your health. A long walk/ jogging in a park or some training at home with open windows are always good money saving for the same results. Let face the truth, paying money to a club will never change our figure and health, the key is our motivation!

5. Push ourselves to do sport. No! American scientists proved the fact that if you are doing exercises over "don't want" there will be never good. Only wish and smile can make it more useful. You hear these words everywhere, and it might sound boring and familiar, but believe me, you will not feel the satisfaction "after" if that is over "I don't want".

6. Hard training damage the mental progress. NO! After moderate training our brains produce the endorphins, what makes us not only happier, but also stimulate the work of brains and the creative thinking.

7. Don't eat before the training to burn fat. 100 times NO! The first step of training consists on "waking up" the organism and to give the source of energy. Therefore 1,5-2 hours before to make some exercises eat yogurt or some fruits (natural sugar for the blood). Otherwise you have a risk the blackout.

Don't torture yourself trying to look like another stereotype of beauty seen on TV, and most of all, do not damage your body working too hard. Listen to your organism; it is your best coach.
