- 1). Press the "ENTER" button. The message 'NOW PRESS START' is displayed. Press the "START/STOP" button for two seconds to unlock the buttons.
- 2). Press the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons on the right side of the computer to scroll through the different modes of "Time," "Alti/Baro," "Training" and "SPD/DST." Press the "ENTER" button to enter the mode. Scroll through the menu items with the "UP"and "DOWN" buttons and press "ENTER" to enter the next menu. Press "ENTER" for more than two seconds to return to the main screen and save changes.
- 3). Press the "ALT/BACK" button repeatedly to change the display information in "Time" mode.
- 4). Press the "UP" button in "Time" mode. Press "ENTER" to enter the "Alarm" menu. Scroll to the alarm you want to set using the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons and press "ENTER." Use the "UP" button to change the alarm status to "ON." Press "ENTER." Select the correct hour with the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons and press "ENTER." Select the correct minute with the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons and press "ENTER." You will return to the "Alarm" menu. Press any of the T6 buttons to acknowledge an alarm.
- 5). Set the time. Press the "UP" button in "Time" mode. Press the "DOWN" button to scroll down to the "Time" menu. Press "ENTER." Select the correct hour with the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons and press "ENTER." Select the correct minute with the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons and press "ENTER."
- 6). Scroll to "Date" with the "DOWN" button in the "Time" menu. Change the day with the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons and press "ENTER." Change the month with the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons and press "ENTER." Change the year with the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons and press "ENTER." You will return to the "Time" menu.
- 7). Scroll to "General" with the "DOWN" button in the "Time" menu. Press "ENTER." Scroll to "Icons" with the "DOWN" button and press "ENTER" to activate the "On/Off" field. Press either the "UP" or the "DOWN" button to change the field to "On" and press "ENTER" to save the setting and return to the "Time" menu.
