At the tender age of 8 years old, Britney auditioned for the Mickey Mouse Club. She was rejected for being too young, but tried again and was signed on at the age of 11.

In 1999, Britney shot to the top of the charts with her album "Baby One More Time". The pop album won four MTV Europe Awards and four Billboard Music Awards.

Wacky Behavior:

In February 2007, Britney went a little wacky and shaved her head completely bald.

Days later, she checked herself in, out, and back into rehab at Promises in Malibu.

Strolls Down the Aisle:

In January 2004, Britney married her childhood friend, Jason Alexander in Las Vegas. The marriage was quickly annulled.

In September 2004, she married her backup dancer, Kevin Federline. They have two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Baby Danger:

In February of 2006, photographers snapped photos of Britney driving her car with baby Sean Preston resting in her lap. The big question was "what was she thinking?" as she endangered the safety of her child. LA Deputies were dispatched to her home but no charges were filed.

Matt Lauer Interview:

In June 2006, Britney publicly aired her laundry in an interview with Matt Lauer. Brit was mocked by viewers for her choice in wardrobe as well as her behavior on the show.
