Police believe a mentally disturbed man covered a cat in duct tape and then left it in a neighbor's yard when it wouldn't stop wailing.

The kitty, now dubbed Sticky, had to be sedated so that veterinarians could remove all the tape. The Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals says at least 100 people have offered to adopt Sticky, according to WPVI.
