Kids parties, can be so much fun with the fun foods, drinks all their friends over. But they can become bored quickly, if they don't have fun games to play. It's good to try and get all the kids involved, and let them get competitive with each other. Also, adding the chance to win little gifts can add to the party fun. - Have two people hold a bar for the kids to limbo under. The rules are that, they have to get under the bar, walking forward and leaning back. Play music in the background to add atmosphere. Lower the stick after all the children have made an attempt. If a child fails to get under the stick, he or she is out. The winner is the child who gets under the stick at the lowest point.
- Each child has a picture or name of someone famous stuck to his or her back. They then go around the room and ask yes or no questions of the other kids to try to find out who the person on their back is.
- Pick a popular dance song or craze, for example the twist or macarena, play the music and let the kids dance. Chose some judges for the contest and they can pick who wins.
- Write numbers on scraps of paper and create a circle with them. Then write down the numbers on smaller pieces of paper, which you fold and place in a bowl. Get each child to stand on a number, and then begin playing music. The kids walk around the circle from number to number. When you stop the music, draw a number from the bowl the child standing on that number will get a small prize, such as a cupcake or candy.
