- 1). Download the set up PDFCreator (see Resources).
- 2). Install the program following the on-screen instructions.
- 3). Open a document in Microsoft Works.
- 4). Click "File," then "Print."
- 5). Choose "PDFCreator" when the print dialog window appears, switching from your default printer.
- 6). Enter the information to create the PDF file.
- 7). Click "Save" and choose the target folder.
