- 1). Open your Internet browser and go to the Air Austral home page (see Resources). If the page is written in French, click on the small British flag at the top center of the page for English.
- 2). Click on "Flight Information" in the blue box titled "Travel Preparation: Quick Links to Help You" on the right hand side of the page title. A new page will load. Select "Flight Status: More About."
- 3). Search for your itinerary by either entering your departure and arrival airports from the drop down menus or by selecting and entering your flight number in the field provided. Choose the date you wish to check and click "Search."
- 4). Find your desired flight in the gray information box that loads onto the page. You will be given the departure and arrival airports, departure and arrival times and dates and the status of the flight.
- 5). Call the airline's customer service center at +33-825-013-012 to check the status of a flight if you do not have access to a computer. As of 2010, the service center hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., Reunion Island local time.
