How to Meditate With Essential Oils

Each Natural organic Essential Oils from Plants Kingdom have their own unique essences and elements in it.
Meditation with the essential oils will help you raise the life force in the plants essences into your being-ness and consciousness.
Plants to Plants have different vibration and personality.
For example, if I want to increase focus, clarity and grounding through meditation, then I work with Frankincense, Rosemary or Peppermint.
Personally I like to use essential oils with a diffuser while I am meditating, which dispenses the oil in a micro-fine vapor into the air.
(It look like mists).
The good thing about a diffuser is it will not heat up the oils, thus will not spoil the property and elements of pure essential oils, as extreme heat can damage important constituents in the oil.
  1. Set your intention and purpose, eg.
    I want to gaining more clarity and focus in my mind.
  2. Pick either Frankincense, Rosemary or Peppermint.
  3. Talk to the essential oil about your intention and let the Life Force energy and plants elemental guide you during the meditation
  4. Slowly inhale it and let the elemental goes into your beingness
  5. Put a few drop in the oil diffuser to let the Essense fill up your space and aura.
  6. Place 1-2 drops on your palms and slowly rub over each point of your chakras and node point.
  7. Sit or lying down comfortablely.
  8. Imagine the vibration of Essenses healing your aura and physical body.
  9. Imagine the vibration of Essenses working on your purpose and intention.
  10. Imagine the blockages or dark spots in your mind or body slowly melted with the essenses and grounding down to mother earth.
  11. Take a few minute to relax and enjoy!
