- 1). Launch the Symantec Corporate Antivirus program.
- 2). Enter "symantec" as the administrative user.
- 3). Use "symantec" as the password.
- 4). Allow the program to fully load. Click on the "Symantec Installation Directory" tool.
- 5). Click on the "Forgot Password" tab. Follow the instructions on the screen.
- 1). On your computer, go to the "Start" menu, select "My Computer," then "Local Disk (C:)." Then select "Program Files," followed by "Symantec," then "Symantec System Center," then "Tools."
- 2). Double click the "IFORGOT.exe" icon to launch the password reset tool.
- 3). Select the "Primary Server" field and enter the name of your primary server (office name, department name, or whatever you chose at installation).
- 4). Type "admin" in the user field.
- 5). Enter a new password under the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" fields. Click on the "Reset Password" button to confirm.
