How to Gain Weight Fast - The Healthy Way to Bulk Up (But Not Out)

Even during the holidays you do not seem to gain much weight and even if you do it is definitely not muscle and it will not stick around.
But you want to gain weight and you need to, but what you are doing is probably holding yourself back.
You can gain 1-2lbs of weight a week if you are on the healthy side.
It might seem like a small adjustment but it reality it helps you body to maintain and control itself.
Think how much harder it would bet o move if you gained 20lbs in one month.
You would be so out of shape because your body is not used to moving that much extra weight around.
So to gain this weight fast, and believe me 4-8lbs a month is fast.
You need to be meticulous about your calorie counts.
The first thing you need to do is take a log of everything you eat so you know how much and what kind of food you are eating.
Then you need to adjust the amount of calories you are eating to make sure you are getting enough just for your body to maintain itself.
The average is about two thousand calories but they call it an average for a reason.
It is not a bad starting point though if you are not sure where to look.
But you do not want to maintain you want to grow right? Well add anywhere from two hundred and fifty to five hundred more calories per day on top of that.
That should provide you body with what it needs to grow fast and healthy without adding to much to your love handles.
If you start to get more chunky than you want to be, just simply cut back a few hundred calories.
