- 1). Brush the boot thoroughly with a stiff-bristle brush for the oiled leather boots.
- 2). Scrub the boots very softly with Red Wing or a similar leather cleaner. Wipe the boots clean, and apply Red Wing or a similar oil to keep the boots lubricated. Spray on leather protector to protect the boots from the elements.
- 3). Remove dirt and grime from the roughout leather boots with a suede brush. Apply the suede cleaner to the boots, and massage gently with the brush. Apply the leather protector to the boots to ensure they are protected from the elements.
- 4). Remove any dirt and grime from the featherstone leather boots with a bristled brush. Apply the leather cleaner to a soft cloth, and gently scrub the boots. Dry the boots in a clean, dry space.
- 5). Rub the shoe cream into the boot with a soft, clean cloth. Before the cream dries, buff the boots with a cotton cloth to get the maximum shine.
