How Do I Get a Copy of My Unemployment Denial in Missouri?

    • 1). Visit the Missouri Department of Labor website and click the "View Claim Status" link. Enter your PIN, Social Security number, full name and date of birth. Print the status screen that appears, which will show the denial notice that you should have received in the mail.

    • 2). Call your Regional Claims Center to ask for copy via mail, if you need an official copy instead of printing your own. The Missouri Department of Labor website has phone numbers for each of the Regional Claims Centers. Only call the center in your region of the state.

    • 3). Use the special claimants email address of esuiclaims@labor.mo.gov to send a request via email for a copy of the denial notice. If you can accept the copy electronically, ask for it to be in PDF form. Otherwise, request that the copy be sent to your home address.
