Let me tell you a bit about myself.
My metabolism is so fast that I can lose weight while eating fast-food everyday.
I used to be about 135 pounds at 5'7".
"Do I need supplements to build muscle?" is a very common question to ask especially for beginners.
At first, I thought it was impossible to build muscle for me without expensive drugs.
If you think you are eating enough, you are most likely wrong.
If you are a real hardgainer like me with a metabolism that is as fast as a spaceship, you will need to spend a lot of time eating.
That is the cold hard truth that supplement companies don't want you to read.
They always try to feed you with the mentality that "you must" take supplements to see results.
You have to keep feeding your body every 2-3 times a day.
This might sound like a hassle, but you will get used to it.
My secret weapon is the blender because it is so convenient to make an instant meal.
Spend less time at the gym.
Seriously, you see a whole bunch of scrawny people at the gym doing the same things everyday.
Do you want to be like them? Then follow exactly what they are doing.
If you seriously want to build muscle, then stick to compound exercises such as deadlift, squat, and parallel dip.
Make sure you seek professional help if you do not know the proper form.
Is 2 hours per week at the gym doable for you people who complain that you "don't have time to workout"? Quality over quantity applies to working out.
You can either take this information seriously, or you can continue to waste more money on bodybuilding magazines and supplements.
