Diabetes is one of the deadliest diseases of all time.
It became very popular to everyone especially those who have relatives with this type of disease.
Almost all individuals are prone to develop or acquire this form of disease.
Most of the people think that eating too much sugar is the main factor that may trigger diabetes to occur.
However nowadays doctors and scientists have confirmed that it is a wrong notion.
Diabetes is caused by several factors and eating too much sugar is not the exact reason for its existence.
A person becomes prone to develop diabetes in two respective conditions.
These two conditions are also considered as the two types of diabetes namely type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes.
Type 1 diabetes is the condition in which the physiological body of the patient can no longer produce the normal amount of insulin which is needed by the body.
A patient with this type of diabetes is then encouraged to take or inject insulin on his or her body.
Injecting insulin into the bloodstreams of the patient with this kind of diabetes is the only way for him or her to survive from this disease.
Without a daily dose of insulin it would be difficult for a person to normalize the condition of his or her body.
Moreover the condition of type2 diabetes is that the body of the patient is still capable to produce insulin, however the cells inside the body are resisting from it.
It could be understood that there is a conflict between the cells inside the body and the insulin which is produced by the pancreas.
This type of diabetes is usually passed from one generation to another.
It usually runs within the blood of the family.
Most of the people think that only adult individuals are prone to acquire the negative effects of diabetes.
This idea is definitely wrong because there is also a specific type of diabetes for children.
Pregnant women are also prone to acquire gestational diabetes.
There are several causes of diabetes that has been already laid to the public.
Moreover there are also several ways on how you can properly deal with diabetes.
Since patients of type1 diabetes are required to take a daily dose of insulin, injecting it should be part of the daily routine of the patient.
At this present moment scientists have discovered that the best way to maintain a normal level of blood sugar is to combine the powers of medicines, exercise and diet.
According to scientists, patients with diabetes must not depend on their medicines alone.
They still need to perform a daily exercise in order for them to burn their sugar and other fats.
A balanced diet must also be part of the daily routine of the patient.
It is not impossible to deal with diabetes.
All you have to do is discipline yourself and refrain from eating too many foods.
Once you already have a disease you are more prone to acquire other types of diseases.
