The Customer Retention Programs - Gathering Knowledge About the Customer Retention Management

At the initial stage of any business the business companies would concentrate in advertising and marketing their products. Their main aim would be to take up the products into the minds of customers and to retain the products into the customersâEUR(TM) minds. This is the top most activity that is done by the business companies. After retaining their position in the market and developed to some extent their next aim would be to retain the customer relationship with the customers and other business associates. This is also equally important for the business people to improve their business and to retain their business activities among the customers and in the business market. For this purpose the administration department would appoint qualified persons in the sales department and other departments as soon as the business starts to function in the industry.

The business executives would be trained in many ways including the customer retention management and handling the customers in various situations. They would participate in customer retention programs which give them knowledge about tackling of various customers while they are availing the services. The customer retention programs would be useful for the personnel when they are appointed in any isolated places to attend the customers and to deal with the business transactions. They may have to get payment for the services rendered to the customers, If the customers are not paying money for staying in the room giving some explanations without paying the room rent. The concerned management staff who is in charge of the such services in that hotel has to take firm decision without harming the client also. This would be an embarrassing situation for the customers and also to the servicing personnel and this could be handled only with the knowledge of customer retention management skill that was taught to them.

The business dealing should not be discontinued but the service rendering people also should not face loss after doing their best services to the customers. Hence it is important to know the appropriate way to deal such situations with cleverness and also with business mind. The customers should be given time to settle the bill and they also should be allowed to give any substitute till they get money for settling their bills. The management people should give back the item as soon as the bills are settled and should express their regret for having taken that item as security for the bill amount.
