• 2). Enter your wireless number and password to log in to "myWireless" under "Manage My Account."
  
  
• 3). Click on My Services on the page that comes up.
  
  
• 4). On the left side of the My Services page, click on "Upgrade." A page will come up that lists your upgrade options. You can shop for devices accordingly.

• 1). Dial 611 on your cell phone.
  
  
• 2). Press 1 to confirm your phone number.
  
  
• 3). Press 3 for upgrades.
  
  
• 4). Press 2 to talk to a customer service representative about your upgrade options.
